Texas Lutheran University is a community of sprit, tradition, legacy and commitment to the university, our education and one another.
A variety of motivations drive them: some attend for completion of expectation, others attend for advancement of education and furthering of their careers.
My classmates are awesome people who are willing to work with you and help you in any circumstance or situation that arises, whether it be with school work or a personal issue.
My class mates are friendly people and have always been kind and helpful with any and all of my academic endeavors.
My classmates are a diverse group of people dedicated to become educated with the influence of a liberal arts education.
Most of my classmates are great and ready to pursue their higher education. There are some, however, that are still in the "high school" mode. It has been somewhat difficult to connect with them because I am so much older than they are. I have a peer mentor by the name of Julissa that has been wonderful. She is a senior that sits in with our freshman experience class and she has helped me out tremendously with transitioning back into the world of academia after being out of school for almost twenty years. I really admire her.
My classmates are as different as they are unique.
The students at Texas Lutheran University are people who are willing to devote the time, energy, and money to go to a school where they will get an excelent education. They are very devoted to thier studies and knowledgeable about a variety of subjects, and the upper classmen are approachable with any problem that you may have academically, socially, or personally.
Your classmates get to know you very quickly. No one is too scared to ask another for help or for notes. Your classroom turns into a family for the semester. If the majority doesn't like something, everyone agrees to say somehting together. The classmates within your degree field quickly become your support system since you have all your classes together for the four or five years you are attending college.
My supportive classmates and I are positively challenging one another academically, socially, and spiritually so that we may each find our vocation in the world.
My classmates are curious, loving, loyal, and eager to help.
Most of them have a great sense of humor, and love to learn
loud
My classmates are some of the best people I have met in my entire life. Many of them are involved in the same extracurricular activities I am in, and they are some of my favorite people. They care about their peers and care about their education at TLU.
My classmates are very diverse both ethnically and economically.
