A great research University to get an education at.

It is a small school with very little resources and advisors that are discouraging. The class sizes are small and one can attend office hours for extra help; although for the most part the TA's are incompetent and the teachers undecipherable. The atmosphere is calm and there are very little social activities within or outside of the school. It is claustrophobic for anyone who maybe liberal with independent mind sets, and there is absolutely no room for intellictual growth ( it's all by the book).

UCR is very comfortable, friendly, has a lot of things that help you to get your future career, and is awesome.

My school is very diverse and entertaining with all of the mixture of cultures and people that come together in one place here in Riverside.

UC Riverside is a very boring campus. It has no beaches and has very little entertainment outside of the campus. However, school is school and it is a pretty nice place to learn. The people here are great and the professsors can be funny at times. lol

UCR is a diverse university with lots of academic, social, and athletic opportunities; no matter your interest, you can find a solid group of friends to bond with and still be able to branch out and meet new people and participate in new activities.

This school, despite the location, creates a decent environment to learn in with an extremely diverse student body.

University of California, Riverside may not be the most established school or aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but it is a great school to meet and make wonderful memories with down to earth, life-long friends.

My school is a community for people between the ages of 18-22.

My advice is to go to another UC because UCR is research-based and the staff and students are a little cold; however, the UC education abroad program is excellent and made my year worth it.
