We have a SIFE team that has won the national competitions the last two (2) years and represented Puerto Rico at the SIFE World Cups in Berlin, Alemania in 2009 and at Los Angeles, California in 2010, we have helped a lot of communities and worked with the entrepreneurs of our country, We are changing the world and our island by helping people be self-sufficient through the creation of micro-businesses and by giving business, social and environmental workshops. But most of all we have created a great empowerment and spirit among our campus students.
I consider that the preparation of the students is really the best thing about this school. Profesors are eagered to help students find their passion in life and be happy with their choices. they give alot of enphasis to working hard because of the competences out there, and they want our school to stand out. Profesors are very helpful when it comes to dificulty with any lind of work and they really believe in constreuctivism and make students dig for knowledge. I am encouraged by my profesors to keep studying and they guide me through my future plans.
I believe that the administration must be careful in choosing professors, because I personally have gotten some really horrible professors who have no sort of consideration towards the students. Also, some students, like me,have to work part-time in order to pay for our education, because we dont qualify for any sort of federal funds.
I believe that a responsible person with the desire to fulfill their dreams should attend. A person that would like to be a professional in the areas that are offered in this school, hould consider this campus. It's modern and it has good technology. Any person interested in attending this school with difficulty in adjusting their schedual, can be fexibly accomidated by the faculty, because they are aware that some people need to work and have other responsibilities to cover.
The most frustating thing here is work load.
University of Puerto Rico at Humacao have studentds very talended.
The persons who like to be laid back there's a lot of academic work to do here.
