From my understanding the type of person that should attend this school is described as, hardworking, intelligent, positive mind and full time student. This person should be whilling to work hard and never give up. In school wise the person should be involved in school campus and organizations and be whilling to communicate well with others.
A person who likes more intimate classroom settings, being able to know your teacher, and knowing most of the people on campus.
Doesn't need much stimulation or partying, likes low key environment and chilling with friends, is a drinker.
The type of person who should attend this school is any one who is looking for a close teacher student atmosphere. It is a challenging school but you try hard enough you could do well.
Those who are determined to have a successful career should attend Whittier College. This liberal arts institution is fit for those who apply themselves to their academic careers and want to get the most out of their collegiate studies. Students who are willing to go above and beyond expectations and thrive in environments that push them will thrive at Whittier. If a student is willing to give maximum effort into their major, they will get the post out of the programs offered here.
Whittier is a private college so it is relatively smaller than most universities. I feel a person who works well in closely knit communities will thrive in this environment. Students who can handle rigorous corses as well as athletics, clubs and other extra activities will also enjoy attending Whittier College. In our school, building strong lasting social and professional relationships is key.
Anyone who wants to learn about a broad range of subjects and get the time and attention they want from their professors in order to succeed.
Someone who works better in small class sizes and/or diverse environments.
