Describe the best and worst parts of the social scene on campus.

The best part of the social scene at Monterey is that it is really easy to meet people as long as you put yourself out there and get involved. Facebook is also a great way to talk to people before you go into your first year. The bad part about the social scene is that because it is such a small school it tends to be a lot like high school in that you see the same people a lot. Oh a lot of the people you talk to on Facebook before school starts you will see and a lot, but not be friends with. I did meet a few cool people, but the majority of the time no one else talks to each other.
