What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?

I wish I had known about the teachers. After being here for 3 years, I have come to realize that the college does a lot to cover up their faults to the public, making them seem like a perfect college. In fact, they are far from perfect. The faculty are biased. If you have a problem with a teacher, they do whatever they can to make the teacher look good and not help you. Some teacher favor students, providing a negative learning experience for those who are not "favored." They also don't like to admit when they are wrong.

Wish I had known about how much fun it is to be a resident on campus. As a commutter I feel as though I miss out on all the fun that is happening on campus.

I wish that I had taken more photography classes in high school. If I had taken more photograpy classes I would have started college a lot earlier.
