The best thing about my college has to be the diversity of the students. There are many different students with different ethnic backgrounds that prospective students can become friends with. There's also a lot of opportunities to intern outside of class.

Well, my school offers the opportunity for artistically driven young and older adults to learn their craft in a variety of fields. At Columbia College Chicago, there is a high emphasis on critical as well as creative problem solving which would be useful in a variety of industries and businesses. Our motto is to "Author the Culture of Our Times" by making an signature imprint on the world though our visions in music, dance, theater, creative writing, and a variety of other artistic channels of media. Students are encouraged to push limits of creative visions that express their world interpretations .

I think the best thing is the acceptance of all sorts of students. Teachers are also really willing to help out students if they're having any trouble in class.

The best thing about my school is that everyone is an individual. We are all working together to form an artistic community. We get to be creative in almost all of our classes. Censorship is very limited.

I think the best thing about my school is that there are so many diffrent people all going to the same school, Yet finding things in common with eachother. For being Allowed to be who i am with no fear of being looked down because of it.

The best thing about Columbia College is the various opportunities that they offer their students. This is a wonderful college for someone who is very artistic and goal oriented. Columbia College is comparative to a Technical College in a way that enables the student to be very hands on with their learning experience.

There are absolutely no school sports.

The best thing about this school, is that it is so diverse. I believe attending Columbia I've met so many different types of people I never would have if I went to another school. Columbia is all about being yourself, so no one on campus tries to be someone who they're not. Everyone is so accepting and no one is judgemental and I have made so many new friends it's just remarkable. Columbia stresses socalizing between our classmates, as they are the people we will be working with one day.

The best thing would have to be the freedom of expression. No professor would give you a weird look if you woke up one morning and decided "I want to be a director/actor/musician!" like they would at other colleges. The professors realize the career paths offered at this college are unordinary and they teach their classes accordingly.

The best thing about Columbia College would definitely be its adult quality. In other words the fact that the college does not have a campus feeling (being that the school is pratically the city) is a great opportunity to mature alot faster than average college students. Walking very far to each one of my classes keeps me on my toes especially since it probably takes me about 15 minutes to get to some of them. Therefore its high quality keeps me focused and mature.

The fact that I am in the epicenter of one the most diverse and vibrant cities in America. Chicago is an artists santuary. Everyone accepts you for who you are, everyone is expectionally creative, open minded, thoughtful, free thinking and always searching for the things that will not only enrich their lives but of those around them. Because of this I have grown into a richer, braver person and I know anyone who attends Columbia will be forced to grow in the very same ways.

Real training and background learning and understanding that aids the students to become better artists in whichever field they're in.
