I tell them about the fact that we only take one course at a time, something that makes Cornell so much better than other schools. I also talk about the great quality food, the variety of housing options, and the great organizations on campus.

Cornell College is a close-knit community that allows you to feel like you belong. I appreciate the fact that when the president sees me, he gives me a high five, asks me how my day is going, and wishes me good luck. Not only does he acknowledge me, but he knows me by my name. Anyone can expect this kind of relationship with the president if they attend Cornell. Faculty and staff take time to get to know everyone because they care about everyone personally.

Cornell College uses a one course at a time calendar, which means we take one class for three and a half weeks, and then have a four day break. My friends got very jealous come finals a couple weeks ago, because I wasn't stressing out nearly as much as they were-I'd already taken 3 before, and I always only have to focus on one class. I also like to brag about our block breaks, because one a month I have a four day weekend, which always manages to get them very jealous.

Our class schedule with One-Course-At-A-Time! It is intense but the greatest thing ever and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else with the regular semesters! We are one of two colleges in the nation with OCAAT!

I have a lotof amazing friends and my college is one of the best private liberal arts schools in the nation.
