Anyone who can't handle the insane workload and rather wacky students. You have to be relatively tolerant of rather random stuff, such as snowmen giving each other blowjobs (no joke; was made right outside a dining hall I worked at) or bikes in trees. Not to say people aren't nice here, but we are a tad odd. Cornell is also definitely hard academic-wise, and people have to be prepared to study and actually do some work rather than blow everything off. Fall behind and you may never catch up.
