Things that students complains about; is not recieveing emails from their advisors stateing that there material is on its way (all the time.) When a person see's a box or two on your door step do they leave it alone or take it? Most of the time people take it, therefore, causing problems for you. The adviosors are taking control back for their studens; now they call or email you to tell you that your material is on its way.
It doesnt happen all the time (the complaining) but there have been a few misunderstandings. However, the problem is fixed.
Probably the only complaint I have heard is that every now and then we have had a technical blip but nothing to cause alarm or that would delay you in any way. We have one of the most advanced technology departments which are on call 24/7.
