ABOUT THE SMALL CLASS SIZES AND THE INTERACTION BETWEEN PROFESSORS AND STUDENTS
It's an intense private school. I made a 3.0 there my first semester.
When I mention my school to my friends I am usually complining about the lack of resources we have., but the demand from professors that we have for us to research more. The library is FULL of old books that are out-dated that we can't cite even if we tried.
Fisk is a small school with a very warm and inviting atomosphere. We call ourselves "Fisk Family" because no one, from landscapers to adminstraion, is a stranger on this campus. You actually have a personal connection with all of your professors, some even give out their cell and home numbers.
How small the classrooms are and how great the professors are. The class size is great because you have more time to spend with the professors and they are there for you when ever you need assistance, and you have the opportunity to build a personal relationship with many of the faculty and adminstration.
That I learned and was part of a supportive intellectual community
The amount of togetherness that is present on campus. The students here are my family, not my classmates. Nowhere else have a I felt more accepted and comfortable.
its o.k.
My school is known for it's academics. It has been listed many times as one of the top colleges in the U.S. My school in known for developing individuals to become doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs and other prestigious professions.
