The best thing about my school is the size of it; it is a small to medium size school. I love this size because I am not one out of two hundred people on a roster. I have real relationships with my professors and fellow students. In other words I am not just a name on a page, my professors know who I am and how I am doing in my classes.
I find it to be a very close knit school. I prefer being there because the school feels like home to me because all of my new friends feel like family.
The small intimate setting, you get a better professor-student relationship
The cost of my school is relatively inexspensive which will allow me to graduate without debt equivalent to that of a small home loan.
The small population encourages a sense of community and smaller classes make it easier for students to focus.
The best thing about Framingham State college is that they anticipate the difficulties of the "real" world and use this to prepare a developed educational support for each student. This is most noticable through the general education requirements for each student. There are twelve catagories for students to complete in gen. ed. including world history, american history, art, social science, physical science, language, lab study, etc. This allows each student to recognize all aspects of education while still reaching for a personal major.
The best thing about my school would have to be the small class sizes because it makes it easier to learn and develop a close student to teacher relationship.
The best thing about my school would have to be the academics, especially in the Education department. All the teachers are focused on students doing well and as Education majors we are pushed to the limits. Our program is one of the best in Massachusettes and we are shown as professionals and grown up, not just students.
The best part of my school is definitely the community. The people here make it that much more enjoyable.
I think the campus is beautiful.
The sense of community.
the education to cost ratio
one of the best things about this school is that it is thirty minutes from boston, which is a great city for college age kids. their is always so much to do in boston, so every visit is a new experience.
