I like GMU, alot!!! P.S. Admissions tends to lose things ALL the time, so if you send anything, call them repeatedly

Ashwin

Crowd is hott!!

Mel

The campus is always full of activity be it academic or otherwise

scott

i hate mason

Sasha

Seriously, something MUST be done about the cost of parking and the shitty circumstances they leave the students in when they let something like the circus come to town. Mason owes their students more respect.

Lee

I love Mason!!!!

Maria

I wish parking wasn't so crazy. That they would actually pave the parking lots. I wish that salaries for those that worked on campus were higher than they are. School in other parts of the state that aren't in such high costing places make more that those that live in this are which is completely ridiculous. Food is another issue on this campus. The cafeteria is very mediocre.

Gene

Thats it!

Caroline

The parking situations at Mason is a challenge, especially when Ringling Brothers comes and parjs their trailers in the student lot. If you live in Liberty Square or Potomac Heights you have a gated parking lot. The food has improved so much over the last few years. The main dinning hall has a new menu will more variety. The food court in the Johnson Center has a good variety of ethic foods, as well has typical American food and cafe/coffe bar. The Damon's on campus now has a liquor license so students 21/+ can buy drinks without having to worry about drinking and driving.

Erin

Parking services are terrible, campus beautiful, facilities all new, sports teams great, good education, no football team, still a very big commuter school so not many people here on the weekends!

Bill

Beautiful Campus

Joe

Because of commuters, campus may feel like a ghost town on the weekends

Alex

I wouldn't go to school anywhere else.

Harper

If you want to get a good education for a fraction of the cost of many universities, especially in the fields of English or Journalism, and don't mind treating college like a job - get in, get what you need to get done, get out - GMU is a great school. If you are looking for the 'college experience,' I'd look elsewhere.

Ryan

GMU yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Mona

In all honesty, Mason isn't a bad place to be but it is segregating at times. There's much more concentration on sports and greek life than art. It's bothersome and it is tiring to be judged or considered uninvolved because I don't enjoy watching people run back forth on a wood floor throwing a ball around. There isn't much to do around here. The location of the school in general doesn't really support an active college experience, but at the very least there is DC I suppose.

Harper

I'm glad I went there, but I wouldn't do it again.

Derek

That's pretty much it. Mason's a good school.

Harper

Mason has room for improvement. In a few years or more it will be an eliete school. Right now, they are working on becoming the best in VA. It isn't yet, but it will be. VA is a great state for colleges.

Madison

If there is a hell below us, I have little doubt that Satan is looking at Mason and taking notes on what real torture is like. Going to Mason is like reliving your most boring high school days every time you set foot on campus. It's like a poison that creeps into your blood but doesn't kill you, so every second you spend there is more and more agonizing. You are surrounded at all times by failure that you can't escape and have nobody to blame but yourself.

Bob

Traffic at Mason is awful. Parking is awful. I don't know why anyone buys a parking pass anymore. They're expensive too.

Emily

I can say anything?? Hmmm.....Go Mason Nation! <---That was gay but I told you we had spirit.

Morgan

i've had an awesome time at mason, i'd do it all over (maybe study more) but i like the area and the fact that there's alot of places to go around campus...hmmm, and parking sucks

Patrick

Mason needs to have better food services that don't shut down on the weekends. The food is expensive and mediocer at best. A lot of the time the food employees don't get your order right and act as if they don't know what they are doing. Mason needs more fun activities. It isn't a cool and hip campus. It is great academically, but it would be so cool to have something more than a game room with pool tables. We don't even have a bowling alley. Our campus store isn't much either. We're a huge campus. We need enticing fun buildings and places to go to match the academic standards that are set.
