Hamilton is a small school with a great community and an amazing education.
A liberal arts school focused on writing and learning to think; full of quirky people who know (or are learning to know) their own minds and have their own opinions.
Tasteful decadence.
A slight dichotomy in students has formed between the "light" side (preppy, Westchester/Greenwich people, own a BMW or Lexus, who tend to be econ majors and varsity sports players) and the "dark" side (hippie-like Vermonters, who tend be the more artsy group and interested in sports like Rugby or Ultimate Frisbee) though the lines are often blurred and both groups have many friends in the opposite group because everyone knows each other.
Cold, if your a guy join a fraternity, find out who your professors are before you take classes with them, bring warm clothes.
Pretty, preppy, prestigious.
Hamilton is a small, tight-knit social and academic community that facilitates strong, meaningful relationships as a result of a shared, semi-isolated, and extremely positive experience.
It was the best experience of my life so far.
The greatest place on earth!
An amazing education for the financially and intellectually elite.
Season of Track and Field
Hamilton College is a close-knit community with academically-driven students.
