The classes were very small 11-15 people. You develop a relationship with your professors. They challenge you A LOT and its a ton of work. But because they are very good professors its VERY doable. I got straight As and I was writing 10-15 pagers. I learned a ton at Lake Forest and there is a lot of pressure to know what is going on each day. But you can ask the professor one on one any time anything.
Definitely a great experience. Every department has its professors that are ambitious and eager to teach. Very competitive with other students. Great politics department, sociology and anthropology department, music/chorus/band is great, amazing science department, chemistry, biology and physics. Hard vigorous courses and very challenging for all students. The only thing is the demand on more languages to study. Only Spanish, French, some Chinese and German.
