Student body: Are you talking about pre or post cosmetic surgery?

Most of my classmates are wealthy and seem to be uninterested in working with others who are not as fortunate as us. There is a small population of students who do a lot of service, but I think it should be a bigger focus. Since a lot of students grew up in middle-upper class environments, we need to realize that most people are not as lucky as us and we need to appreciate how lucky we are.
