If I had to pin point what's most frustrating about my school is the lack of communication that some teachers have with their students. Yes, not all of the students are full time students, but we all have jobs and other classes that we must balance out with theirs. It'd be helpful if teachers would try to understand that many students are having to perform a balancing act to turn in assignments on time and make time to study. Everyone is juggling a lot. It'd be nice to have teachers that see students as humans as well.
The most frustrating thing about my school is that some of the part-time teachers are not as well prepared for teaching as they should be. They don't always know the quick answers about the material from the book or how to prepare for a lecture properly.
