Most are my age or older and I feel very comfortable with the older crowd, especially because they are very welcoming to new students.
Students at NMSU-A range in age from 16 to senior citizens. The majority of the students are hard working and want to suceed in their academic career.
My classmates are all friends. Alamogordo is a small town, so it's hard to go to a class and not see at least one or two people that you know. The campus and my classmates are all cheerful, friendly, and open. Very rarely do I ever go up to someone and get a less than positive reaction.
