NSU is a great place to go to school, and get the education you will need to find a job. Surrounded by good businesses or somewhat support our school.

The interesting and at time odd teachers. Most are well-versed if not masters in their chosen field.

Northeastern State is affordable but more importantly has great teachers! I haven't had any trouble with getting help or advice from any professor. They are more than willing to work with their students to provide help with any homework assignments or just understanding any general discussion. They are friendly, but also push students to their full potential. I also believe that they are fair in the sense that your grade reflects the work you put into your assignments. So, as long as you do the work and participate in discussions, you should do well!

How easy it is to find your "niche" at NSU. You never feel like you have to change who you are to fit in or to find other people that are like you. It is easy to find a comfortable pattern to fall into at this university, which is what I believe helps relieve a lot of stress, especially for freshman. It makes it easier to focus on what really matters in the long run - your academics and planning ahead.

I would definatley brag about how helpful the teachers are. They have an understanding that the students are there to learn and that what they walk out of that classroom knowing is a reflection on their teaching skills. This has been very helpful because they work with you the best they can and always remind you of their office hours in case you need additional help. I would also brag about their admissions process. It was very easy with very few complications. It was very convenient, and that means a lot to a college student who is pressed for time.

All the things that NSU offers! They offer so many different degrees, for whatever you chose to do with your life. They also have several different clubs, so student there finds people that enjoy the same things.

That it is spacious and has a lot of resources almost everywhere on campus.

The Broken Arrow campus is new and very nice. Also i tell them about all the fun projects i do in my early childhood classes!

There are several things I brag about NSU especially coming from a smaller university. We have the choice to opt into the Talon Charge on our Student Identification cards. It helps to buuy books at the beginning of each semester instead of having to front the money. Another aspect of this school that I can brag about is all the activities that are going on. There is always something that students can do or join in on.
