The stereotypes at Quinnipiac are solely due to the area it's in--since it's not too far from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Mass most of the students are from those areas. There are the usual Long Islanders that flash their money with tacky brands, guido/guidette look of uber tan skin, and loud accents. There are the Jersey kids who brag about their sports teams and get in your face for no reason. There are the Mass-holes who are probably the nicest kids on campus, Rhode Islanders included and they're population is growing here. There are the random foreigners and the hot kids who appeared randomly from some no-where state or country and came here solely for sports...

Quinnipiac's major stereotype is that everyone is rich. The students think so, administration, and other employees. This produces a problem because the school continues to raise in tuition. The school thinks its Ivy League and most students refer to it was "Mini-Ivy", when in reality it is not.

People say that there are a lot of stuck-up, spoiled, rich kids from Long Island.

If you go on to urbandictionary.com the website says that all Quinnipiac students are the same; rich, pretty, wear northface, uggs. It highlights that Quinnipiac does not have much racial diversity.

One big stereotype about Quinnipiac is that all the students are spoiled, white, upper class, Abercrombie wearing blondes.

Most people think of Quinnipiac as an all-american school with little to no diversity. Everyone appears to have a permanent, giddy smile on their face, perhaps because our campus is so beautiful and everyone is so nice. It is hard to walk into a class and not see someone wearing Hollister or Abercrombie.

There are many stereotypes, most of them are regarding the fact that everyone goes here has to come from a wealthy home due to our high tuitition. However, this is not the fact at all. People come from many walks of life and have to use bank loans to help them through school.
