In my opinion Rocky Mountain college is the most diverse college culturally. We have the opportunity to study anything from horse riding to aviation and they encourage us to lake liberal arts classes. Aside from that there is a club that gives people the opportunity to play flag football, visit other places and sit and do pottery. Apart from having the opportunity to get out in the world the studies here are exceptional and the staff are more than willing to help. I myself am a equine student double majoring, in choir and participate in the hockey club. Along with that I can go to our SAS program to get help whenever I need.
Rocky Mountain College, is the perfect sized school for anyone. With approximately 1000 students on campus, there is a strong sense of community within the school. It isn't hard to find someone with the same interests as you or someone pursuing the same major. Rocky's sense of community helps make the campus feel incredibly safe, but also is what gets people involved. There is almost always some sort of activity going on around campus, or that is Rocky sponsored. And if there isn't anything going on directly on campus, there is most certainly something to do off campus, and students can usually get a whole group to partake in the activity. The Professors here are incredible, and really do care about their students and their well being. Rocky Mountain College is basically a home away from home.
Rocky Mountain College is a great school with many opportunities, I am so happy that I chose to go to school here. They have class sizes that aren't too large, which leads to professors who truly care about the students. It is such a friendly environment and everyone is so helpful when I am in need of advice. RMC has nice living areas and they do heir best to pair you with a compatible room mate. There is always something to do in Billings, and they offer many activities that are fun and affordable for students, or you could just choose to stay and enjoy the beautiful campus.
I love it! There is tons of stuff to do. There is an outdoor recreation program where there is something free to participate in every weekend. The aviation program is a ton of fun. Weather is a factor but it makes you a better pilot to fly in iffy weather.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Rocky Mountain College is 62%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
I was a high school senior in 2010 who was doing something rather untraditional, I had decided to study abroad from 2010--2011 as an exchange student in Per Brahe Gymnasiet (High School) located in Jönköping, Sweden. During that year, I repeated life as a "high school senior", and came to learn a lot about myself, my family, and the country I was currently living in. As I look back upon that year and my last year in the US, I would make myself realize how important it is to take care of finances, and plan ahead. I still struggle with this to some degree, but as a teenager we think of only the immediate future, not what could happen further down the line. I would make myself understand the concept of planning and saving. I believe it is a skill that everyone should learn, people need to realize that sometimes immediate gratification is not better long-term preparedness. Instead of buying whatever I wanted, I should have saved the money I earned, and taken better control of my finances.
Thank you for your time,

Cozy and beautiful.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn new things.
Students who are looking for a bigger community and an enviornment with more artistic opportunities should not attend this school. If you know what major/field you are looking for, make sure you chose the school with the most opportunities in that field. Because Rocky is a liberal arts school, it doesn't necessarily fully accomodate specific feilds.
Someone who prefers small classes and more group work
I wish I had known how expensive the Equestrian Program was. I would have saved more of my money.
I brag about the few, but antiqueated gorgeous buildings we have on campus. I brag about the small class sizes, and I brag about the new life I started in Montana. I'm originally from Texas and I never imagined wanting to live anywhere else, but Montana is the one place that now feels like home.
It has an excellent pre-professional program in the health sciences, and has an 88% overall job/graduate school placement rate. It also has excellent professors who know their subjects extremely well.
A lot of international students come to Rocky and it is interesting because Rocky is such a small school. But the diversity really makes it easy to make connections throughout the world due to the variety of people that attend this school.
The worst thing about this school is that it is so small, so there is not really a lot of groups to become friends with. it seems like there are two groups, one that all they do is drink because they dont know what else is fun to do and then there is the group that doesnt, and that is about it.
Not alot of different choices of different times to take classes due to small group of students.
The interaction with proffessors that is available in between and after classes. Whenever they state their office hours for availability, they make sure that they are help. Every proffessor that I have had so far is always considerate about their students and try to help them if you just ask.
