Texas Christian University Top Questions

Why did you decide to go to this school?

Brittany

I grew up around TCU and always loved it and dreamed of going there, but knew that without scholarship, tuition would be financially hard on my family. I knew that when I stepped on campus, I would find a way to call it home. I was offered a rather large scholarship and knew that TCU was the school for me. TCU is so generous when it comes to financial aid that it's hard to turn it down.

I decided to attend TCU in Fort Worth, TX because it was the perfect fit. It had a beautiful campus and everything was close in proximity which I liked. The campus and students overall had school pride and were very friendly. The academics are stellar and there are many opportunities to get involved in extracurriculars as well. Also, TCU gives financial aid to many of their students and that extra money was a huge draw to the school. Finally, TCU has good NCAA Division I sports so the games are always fun to go to, especially because all home games are free for all students and there's usually giveaways and free stuff, which is awesome!

I really liked everything about it when I came to visit and I had heard good things about it.

I chose to come here because TCU has a great journalism program and I liked the size of the campus. I didn't like TCU as much when I first visited as I do down. You realize more and more things that you love the longer you go here.

Violet

I came here mainly for the money, but I'm HAPPY that I'm here now. I can't imagine myself anywhere else.
