I love to tell people about my school because of the block schedualing they have but also because of the programs and the location. I am a country girl and i feel Dillon is the perfect place for me. It is a small town with lots of out door opertunities. Dillon is one of the best places for hunting and they have a great river for fishing. They also have a great equine science program at the school. Along with all the outdoors things they have a wonderfull art program, which all my friends know i love art.

The way that we take our classes. It is called the block system and you just take one class at a time. There are 4 blocks in one semester and each block is 3.5 weeks long. A normal block class is 3 hours a day 5 days a week, but there are also stringer classes that are more like regular college classes and are taken throughout the whole semester. It makes it so much easier to just concentrate on the one class, rather than trying to juggle four or five completely different ones.

Beautiful area, fun people, hot cowboys... The block system works great for me and lots of other people (one class at a time for 3.5 weeks and 4 day weekends in between.
