UT is one of the most incredible schools in the country, and I know very few people who have thought otherwise.

Drew

I think I've said it all.

Jordan

School here is hard!

Edlin

Even with all this, I still believe UT is one of the most amazing schools across the nation. It has the potential to be so much more.

Evan

UT is awesome. Great education and a great social life...what else is there you need?

Robin

I really dont think you can compare the UT experience with other places, it has the tradition, the athletics, the academics, the size, the town and the people to make the best of your college life, but you gotta make it happen, it might be intimidating but if you make it happen, you will have the time of your life. If i can get into cowboys and all these other organization and have the time of my life being international hispanic and in engineering anyone can...

Amanda

TIME MANAGEMENT IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL FRESHMAN YEAR! Trust me, partying with no worries is probably the best feeling ever. BE sure to balance social life and academics. It's important.

Mary

UT has the smartest, hottest, most fun people in the U.S.!

Anne-Marie

The top ten percent rule sucks. I'm a national merit scholar. I got an 800 on the Critical Reading part of the SAT, an 800 on the writing, and a 660 on the math. My high school GPA was around 92/100. A ridiculous amount of extra-credit and community service. And i almost didnt get into UT. (I had to do summer school). Nuff said.

HOOK 'EM!!!

Ryan

You might be able to get better financial packages from other schools.

Michael

UT (and Austin) really is an amazing place. When you come to UT, things that you have to experience would be: ACL (tickets are a little on the pricey side, but they are WELL worth the price), a true TEXAS football game, the Drag, a political rally of SOME sort, going to see AT LEAST one world-famous speaker, going to a party and not remembering the night the next morning (it give you a unique sense of excitement and intrigue), and meet at least one person you never expected to meet in college.

Parker

Its the best school ever.

Frances

No- that was a lot of questions. You should give me a gold star...

Torry

Going to school at UT is very hard to summarize in a survey. The experience here cannot be described in words. When I look back on my years of college I feel very thankful that I have had such a fulfilling experience thus far. I'm anxious to continue my four year adventure, and will be very sad when it comes to a close. I think I speak for the University of Texas student population when I say, "Keep Austin Weird!"
