I guess if I have to describe The Univeristy of Georgia, I would say that honestly it is overwhelming and huge and honestly sorta scary but once you get comfortable and meet new people, join clubs and groups you really get to experience UGA for the amazing school it is, it just takes time.

My school is large, but can easily be navigated by our bus system. The aesthetic value of our school incomparable. There are older buildings with columns, water fountains, gardens, and trees all around. There are sidewalks by every road, so walking is always an option. The Student Learning Center and The Tate Student Center are large and great places for educational and social experiences. On game days, the streets are covered with red and black from the clothes of fans. The campus is always and clean and is a great environment for any student to grow.

The school seems like it is really big and not manageable to get around. This is not the case. There are a lot of buses that can take you anywhere and everywhere. Of course it takes a little while to get adjusted but once you got it down you are good. Living in small college town makes it easy for you to get used to the environment compared to a school in the city that has lots of things going on everyday.

BIG!! Our school has 35,000 students and it sprawls on forever. Everywhere you go you just keep finding more and more UGA building you didn't know existed. And while it may seem overwhelming at first sight once you know your schedule and map out the buildings the campus becomes a lot smaller. Don't be intimidated!!!!
