My decision to come to Ole Miss was quite random actually. I had played high school and club soccer back home in Dallas, Texas. However, my senior year came around and I got injured pretty badly. My shots of playing soccer at the collegiate level were shot and my intention of playing at Trinity University were now gone. Upset and literally hurt, I had to find another place in a hurry. My uncle, who played football for Auburn, told me to look at Ole Miss as an option. I took his advise and fell in love with the campus and school spirit that surrounded Ole Miss and signed my letter of intent the next day.
