University of Missouri-Columbia Top Questions

It is my second year at Mizzou, and I still brag to my friends that attend other universities, that Mizzou has the best Rec Center in the nation, and that our football team continues to be BCS ranked. I brag that I know more people, and have several differet groups of friends that I see on a regular basis, rather then the same circle of friends.

Although excessive partying can be a problem with students at mizzou, I do brag about the opportunities for meeting interesting people inside and outside of class

I tell them that for the most part I have never met a student that regrets going to MU. The University, though big on paper, does its best to make the classes tolerable and the professors are very happy to help. Overall, MU's friendliness and support is what I brag about most.

I like to tell my friends about the atmosphere at this school. It is a great place and everyone tries to help eachother out. Campus is beautiful and there is so much to do, you never get bored. There is every aspect of life here; there is a dowtown and somewhat country area nearby.

My sorority. I joined one of the best on campus and we throw the best parties and are friends with the best fraternity guys, so I always brag to my friends about that.

We have lots of different academic areas to study and most are well known for the midwest.

I brag about Greek Life, because its PHENOMENAL here. I also brag about our sports, and how our school is the best in the nation in the field of journalism.

It's hard to pick one thing! When I tell my friends about MIZZOU I brag the most about our facilities like the REC center and the dorms, the space on campus and how beautiful and well-done everything is. Also, the student organizations because there is so much to do and so many different ways to get involved it truly makes you attached to the school and community. Also, the school spirit! I feel like everyone here bleeds black and gold. The professors are amazing too; we get to find out about research before it's even published!

There are a lot of things held to keep people entertained if they aren't involved in partying. I know lots of people that really pride themselves on going to the football games and using the work out facility.

Our school spirit is amazing! We have a great athletic program and students are very involved in attending games and cheering our team on. To have a degree from here, it may give you a leg up when starting your career because it comes with a prestige that some other schools may not have. It's a degree "with teeth."

I love the fact that there is so much to do here, and that the school is full of so much school spirit.

It's a large school, with very well known programs and excellent research.
