Describe your school to someone who's never heard of it.

Villanova is a Catholic university, founded on Augustinian traditions, located in the suburban areas outside of Philadelphia. It looks the way you'd picture an ivy league school - large, stone buildings, grassy knolls, beautiful trees. Villanova students are typically known for a number of things, both good and not so good. Villanovans are known for their community service. From volunteer days, to hosting Special Olympics tournaments, to service break trips, they're constantly helping others. A big stereotype that exists, however, is that all Villanova students are rich, snobby, white kids. While there may be some rich, snobby, white kids (as with any school), there's definitely kids who don't fit into that and love Villanova just the same. It's a Division I school with mediocre sports, but the school spirit would tell you otherwise. You'd think we were number 1 in everything. There's a sense of pride Villanovans have in the school and in each other that can't be described.
