William Woods University is known across the country for it's diverse and hands on equestrian program. What makes WWU different is that they don't only offer one, but four different Equestrian majors and house 150 horses right on campus. They also have a program called LEAD which stands for Leading, Educating, Achieving, and Developing. Through this program, each and every student is offered a $5,000 scholarship simply for participating in campus events such as sports games, theatre productions, movie nights, and other presentations. William Woods University is a small, unique, personal, and friendly school.
