Tom E. Halley & Carl W. Parks Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Pinellas County who have a grade point average between 2.0 and 3.0. Selection will be based on participation in community service, athletics, and other community organizations.

This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors who are members of Future Farmers of America and pursuing a two- or four-year degree in select areas of agriculture, communications, education, management, sales, science, and technology. Students must also excel in three of the following areas: leadership; volunteerism; performing arts; athletics.
