This award is for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of California pursuing a technical education at an eligible college or university in the state of California. Students must be enrolled in a vocational training program lasting from four to twenty-four months and must meet certain family income and asset requirements as set by the state of California.

Graduating high school seniors, high school graduates, or current college students between the ages of 17 and 30 in Orange County who wish to pursue a career in the field of restaurant or hotel management are eligible for this award. This scholarship is available for U.S. students at Stratford University in Baltimore who demonstrate an interest in entrepreneurialism and the restaurant industry.

This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Maryland who have work experience in a restaurant and plans to pursue higher education in hospitality or culinary arts.

Letitia B. Carter Scholarship

High school seniors or older students who have applied to an RAMEF-recognized professional development program in hospitality or are enrolled in an RAMEF-recognized foodservice/hospitality program and plan to pursue hospitality-related coursework are eligible for this award. Al Schuman Ecolab Undergraduate Entrepreneurial Scholarship

U.S. undergraduate students currently enrolled in a foodservice-related program at a participating college are eligible for this award. Students must enroll in nine or more credit hours and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

John Kitt Memorial Scholarship
