This scholarship is open to American Indian, Alaskan Native, or Native Hawaiian students who reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, or Washington.
