    • Brad McMahon

      SVP, Digital Services
       
      Brad is the senior vice president leading the Unigo Group business at Aequitas Capital. Prior to Aequitas, he was the EVP responsible for sales, marketing, and business development at Pulse Health, LLC, a breakthrough biotech company in the breath diagnostics space, with several patents awarded and over $100 million in contracted revenue. He remains an active adviser to Pulse Health.

      Brad has developed a successful track record of building and leading high-performing companies and teams focusing on strategy, corporate and business development, and sales/marketing in these innovative organizations: FreeRange Communications (mobile media company acquired by Sprint), Unicru (HR technology company acquired by Kronos Corp. in 2006), Turner Broadcasting (acquired by Time Warner in 2002), Miami Heat, Pittsburgh Penguins, Portland Trailblazers, Katz Sports Media, and University of Portland Athletics.

      Brad holds a BA in business/marketing from Oregon State University (1988), where he was a two-year letterman in soccer. He has been on the board of directors of the Oregon chapter of the MS Society, the president of the Forest Park Elementary School Foundation, and was recognized as one of Portland’s “40 under 40” business leaders by the Portland Business Journal. He is currently the president of the Lincoln High School Boosters in Portland, and a member of both the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum and American Marketing Association.

    • Pam Belli

      SVP, Finance and Operations

      Pam Belli is a finance and operations executive with over 25 years of diverse experience in public worldwide Fortune 100, private, and non-profit companies operating in consumer, technology, education, banking, and multi-state retail industries. She is passionate about helping companies create shareholder value through her leadership in financial management, strategy development and execution, streamlining operations, driving process and system improvement, and developing highly effective teams.

      Pam joined Unigo Group as SVP of finance and operations and is responsible for executing all financial and operational aspects of Unigo Group’s strategy to ensure delivery of the best quality services to our customer including students, parents, schools, partners, and businesses.

      Prior to Unigo Group, Pam consulted as a CFO for various clients, helping them define their strategy, value their business, and find funding; was the chief financial officer for two brands; and the vice president of business development operations at Knowledge Universe. She spent almost nine years at Intel and prior to that was an investment banker delivering over $320M in financings for clients.

      Pam is a passionate member of her community where she volunteers as the chairman of the board for the Oregon chapter of the American Red Cross. Pam received her MBA from Duke University, the Fuqua School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.

    • Jason Nash

      SVP, Technology

      Jason is the senior vice president in charge of strategy, planning, and management for the Unigo Group technology team. He brings 20 years of technology management experience in the financial, healthcare, and enterprise software-as-a-service industries.

      Prior to joining the company, Jason spent 13 years helping guide WebMD from a start-up to a leading Web portal. Before WebMD he served as quality assurance leader for Timberline Software’s test automation initiatives.

      Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Oregon State University (1994).

    • Jordan Goldman

      VP, Business Development

      As an 18 year-old, Jordan created the “Students’ Guide to Colleges” series of college guidebooks, which were released in five annual editions from Penguin Books.

      Jordan went on to found Unigo, which US News & World Report named “One of the Top 10 College Websites” and The Wall Street Journal’s Walt Mossberg called “a college resource built for the age of YouTube and Facebook.” Jordan grew Unigo to help millions of high school students find, get in, and pay for college, receiving investment from McGraw-Hill Ventures, education grants from the Gates Foundation, and awards/recognition from the Association of Educational Publishers, AlwaysOn, Facebook, and the Webby’s.

      As an education expert, Jordan co-created the brand WSJ On Campus through a strategic partnership with News Corp, partnered on the launch of a new national education publication with USA Today, helped develop a college readiness curriculum taught in high schools with McGraw-Hill Education, and has been a guest on more than 75 episodes of ABC News, Fox News, CNN, CNBC, and Bloomberg News. He was named “One of the Top 30 Young Entrepreneurs in America” by Inc Magazine, “One of the Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs in America” by the White House, and “One of the 100 Most Influential People in NYC Business and Technology” by Silicon Alley Insider.

      Jordan studied English literature at Wesleyan University, Oxford University, and the University of East Anglia. He lives in New York City.

    • Lori Puehler Grandstaff

      VP, Product Development

      As the co-founder of ScholarshipExperts (2000), Lori brings 15+ years of executive experience and a passion for education technology solutions to her role as VP of product development at Unigo Group. She guides cross-functional teams in product and data management, customer support, and content strategy, with a focus on growth and engagement across the company’s full suite of digital offerings. She also leads the team’s counselor outreach efforts.

      Previously, Lori was a key contributor in the creation of WiseChoice (2009), a sophisticated online college matching system that used psychometric data and advanced algorithms to help students find “best fit” colleges. She also directed operations and research at ScholarAid (1998). In the mid-90s, she taught high school English, and later served as the admissions coordinator/academic adviser for the honors program at the University of North Florida.

      As is evident by her career and activities, Lori believes strongly in the value of higher education and the important role it plays in shaping lives and the nation’s future. She chairs the scholarship committee for the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, and participates regularly at events for the National Scholarship Providers Association (NSPA) and the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC). She completed the IECA Summer Training Institute (2008), and earned a graduate-level certificate in college counseling from UCLA (2010).

      Lori holds a BA in literature with university honors, summa cum laude, from the University of North Florida (1993). She resides in Fleming Island, Florida, and is the proud mother of two sons and a daughter.

    • Andy Mallinger

      VP, Product

      Andy has enjoyed more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and technology, launching and growing innovative software product and services companies. Andy runs the product team for Unigo Group, covering consumer, enterprise, and lending products.

      Marketing became a passion after spending five years as a software developer. Previously, Andy has run both product and marketing at companies including Digimarc, iovation, InstallShield, and CCC Information Services.

      Andy lives in Portland, Oregon and skis, runs, and plays hockey when he can. Andy received his BA in computer science and economics from Denison University, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

    • Matt Arnzen

      Senior Director, Digital Marketing

      Matt is the senior director in charge of digital marketing for Unigo Group. Prior to Unigo Group, Matt was the director of digital marketing at Knowledge Universe, the nation's largest private early education company, responsible for customer acquisition, digital marketing, and platform management.

      Matt has broad expertise in digital marketing, web development, and e-commerce, with prior experience at Nike, the Golf Channel, and Razorfish.
