The kind of person that should attend CTC is someone who is looking to better themselves or current situation. However, this person cannot afford to attend college in conventional sense due to their personal situation. The kind of person to attend this college may not be able to attend day classes due to a job or they may have a family and distance education fits their lifestyle. Simply put, CTC makes going to college or back to college easy to do.
