Chapman University Top Questions

Describe the best and worst parts of the social scene on campus.

Michelle

Best Lots of off-campus parties in the neighborhood, lots of club, or organizations events (including SGA events like concerts), going shopping or going to Disneyland is always a favorite. Older 21 + can go to clubs around orange county. Lots of places to go in this area. Worst Sometimes you get bored of the same things, the same would happen wherever you get, if you are somewhere for a long time, it gets repetitive and somewhat boring at times. If you don't have a car, you can't go to some of the social events, which is a bummer, just find a friend with a car :)

At Chapman, there is always something to do. Sometimes even too much. Someone is always throwing a gathering, or an organization is screening a film, having a meeting, or hosting an event. It is hard to be bored at this campus. Sometimes it can be overwhelming, though. Also, this school is small. It is easy to tire of doing the same things, and hearing of the same events each semester. Life can get repetitive, and we hope for something new and exciting to come up.
