It is also a large campus with lots of students, so anyone wanting to attend this college should be open to meeting new people and establishing relationships on the campus. It's kind of hard not to, because although there are lots of people with different views, there are students who can relate to one another. Most important, it should be the kind of person that knows how to balance school and social activities.

People who like to have fun but also care about academics. The campus is big enough to have all types of people, but usually, the focus is more on social life. Most people here drink and party, but there are other activities organized by campus organizations and other organizations that does not involve alcohol.

Really, I believe any type of person can attend this school and still feel comfortable. We have a taste of the city and the country here. The environment in the city and on-campus is very laid-back and friendly, which I think accounts for the wide-variety of people that attend the college. However, I think anyone who wants to succeed in their life and is willing to grow and learn has a better chance of succeeding both at this campus with peers and to feel comfortable in this city.

Someone who likes to have a good time in college

Someone who likes lots of people with lots of activities and is not afraid to get involved. They need to be strong in what the believe, because everyone here has an opinion, and some of them are really messed up.

I think the kind of person who can easily find their place inside large groups of people as well as people who enjoy partying, tailgaiting, going to bars would enjoy this school. People who enjoy music, especially those who play music would enjoy this school. Folk music seems to be especially popular amongst the bands here.

People who want to have a good time yet can balance their work well.The campus is very diverse so it is very open do all different kinds of people.

The kind of person who wants a big school but has the opportunity to make it seem smaller through all of the activities that are available. Through joining these groups it allows you to get to know different people from throughout the world.

Indiana University is fitting for a wide range of students. A person would have to be interested in attending a large college and being open to trying new activities and groups. I feel that to make a large college work for an individual it is important that he or she find their own niche within the college community. This could be found through such mediums as dorms, greek life and student organizations. Indiana University allows a person to really find their own way and have a true college experience.

I think a person that likes diversity and does not mind a big school would love IU. Also, most importantly, someone that takes school work very seriously and realizes college is not about partying but getting a good education.

IU is really a school that anyone can attend. It's got a little bit of everything for every kind of person, although I think someone who is bright, outgoing, and looking to create not only a better future for themselves, but for their entire generation would find themselves happiest at IU.
