Affluent focused individuals who want to expereince greek life

Anyone who is easily distracted or needs a structured environment in order to stay on track. There are a lot of extracurricular activities and heavy partying on the weekend- if you can't motivate yourself to work hard you will probably do poorly.

Any person can and should apply to this school. they have great programs in many different fields and are very helpful. they offer help academic wise for those that need it. But youhave to be focuses, serious and on top of your stuff because it is very fast paced and eay to fall behind

a person who is only into their school work UCSB is meant for a student who is well balanced in social and academic setting. who is able to balance the two. a person who does not like the beach or the beach scene should not attend. and a person who does not like the research based learning style also should not attend.

A person who is not ready to dedicate a lot of time to working hard and making a lot of friends should not attend UCSB. Also a person who cannot handle a balance between a social life, academics, and work should not attend.

A quiet, non-social person who is uncomfortable with lots of activities going on.

People who want a very acedemic based, cut-throat competition and no fun.

Someone who doesn't party.

Somone who is uncomfortable with a laid-back atmosphere. Possibly the big-city type.

Someone who is not tolerant of other people's views. Someone who is super conservative and does not accept alcohal.

A person who is not a party-goer. there are so many parties here but that's what makes it fun. Also, a person who loves the big city. Santa Barbara is popular but it's more suburban than urban. Also, maybe someone who is easily distracted because there are always so many extra-curriculur activities going on at almost all hours of the day.

One who has a closed mind, and is not comfortable being challenged. There is a lot of temptation around, so someone who can not make their own decisions should also think twice.

A quiet reserved person should not attend UCSB. It is very party focused and an energetic school. I believe it would make a more introverted person feel out of place. Then again it also might make them come out of their shell a bit more.

The person who does not want to socialize with others or want to put themself in the center of attention for anything. Someone who thinks they're smarter, better, richer, cooler than everybody else will also have them feeling sorry. Also, someone who cannot find the purpose of having a degree and living the college life to its fullest...through peers.

Someone who strongly dislikes being around others who drink and party a lot should probably not attend this university. People who don't do those things would still enjoy the school, but it's hard to avoid people who do them.

This school is what us "Gauchos" call a party school. If you are reserved or not big on the social scene then this school probably isn't for you.

Someone who does not have a busy social life should not enroll here. Students here are smart and they like to have a good time as they learn.
