Applicant must be a resident of either northwest Oregon (Benton, Clackamas, Columbia, Hood River, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington or Yamhill counties) or southwest Washington (Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis, Skamania, or Wahkiakum counties); and must pursue a career in law.
