The best thing about my school is how diverse and culturally accepting it is. I have met so many people of different races, ethnicities, and religious backgrounds.

As an art major, I really like a lot of the professors in my department. They are all very creative and friendly and talented people.

It is close to home, family and friends. It has been easy for me to get around because it is a small community.

There a couple things that I like best. One we have nationally ranked sports teams. Two, the programs that my school has to offer are some of the top programs in the area. Three the location of the school is perfect. There are tons of things to do within 5 minutes to 2 hours from campus. Four, the school offers hundred of clubs and activities. The school allows for new activities and clubs to be created everyday by students. Finally, the best thing about my school is the fact that they try to help you with interning before you graduate.

I love the proximity of the school to downtown Norfolk and Virginia Beach. There are lots of things to do in the city, like shopping, concerts, and attractions. Old Dominion is only about 30 mins from the beach and about an hour from Busch Gardned Williamsburg and Water country USA.

Our school spirit is the best! Our football team is coming back to campus. Although they aren't present yet we have an amazing time at ODU!

The tuition is relatively low.

I think having all the classroom buildings close together in one area is excellent... at least it's not like Virginia Tech where all the classes are everywhere!
