NextStepU $1,500 STEM Scholarship STEM students in high school and college can apply for NextStepU’s $1,500 award. You just need to register an account and submit your entry. It’s really that simple and easy to enter! 18. Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Students who love photography can easily submit their winning photos for the annual Smithsonian Magazine photo contest. The photo categories are Mobile, Natural World, People, Travel, The American Experience and Altered. The grand prize winner will receive $2,500 and winners of each category will receive $500. 19.
