Description: NSLS is a Leadership Honor Society. They have over 1.2 million members at 717 colleges nation wide. The Online Member Scholarship awards students who are enrolled in an online chapter of the NSLS or are enrolled in online education classes. For this award, 5 members will each receive a $1,000 scholarship.

Application requirements for the NSLS Online Member Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Recommendation letter
  • Application form
  • Personal statement
  • Official Transcript
Additional Information: 5 recipients each receive $1,000 toward undergraduate or graduate tuition and a Certificate of Accomplishment. One (1) recipient will have the opportunity to be recognized at an upcoming NSLS Leadership Summit or Live Speaker Broadcast. The NSLS Foundation will cover the recipient’s travel and hotel costs.

Award Amount: $1,000 awards offered.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $5,000.
