Number of Awards & Eligibility: Two awards are available.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Any active or former member of the United States Marines or any student attending or planning to attend an accredited four-year or two-year college in the United States with at least one parent or spouse who is an active or former member of the United States Marines can qualify for this award.

Description: Doctors Network Heroes Scholarship is starting its operations to honor the men and women who make this country better by their sacrifices, and who take the road less traveled in order to pave the way for the rest of us. As a small token of our appreciation, we have made it our mission to create one of the largest foundations to support our heroes in their education. We believe higher education is of paramount importance in advancing the upward mobility of our heroes, so we have decided to not just talk the talk, but also walk the walk. Not only do we work with our heroes, but we also want to give back to them.

Award Amount: Chosen applicant will receive $1,000.   The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
