Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually. *Please note: The number of recipients for this program varies according to the number of students meeting the eligibility requirements in any give year.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must be a full-time student.
  3. Must plan to attend Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
  5. Must have completed at least 12 credit hours prior to applying for transfer admission to Point Park University.

Description: This award is for U.S. and international students transferring to Point Park University in Pennsylvania. The student must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and must have completed at least 12 credit hours.

Additional Information: Point Park University is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The university is a small, private, accredited, liberal arts university; with an emphasis on career-based education. Point Park University provides its students with excellent opportunities for hands-on, real-world experiences. International students planning attending the university are encouraged to contact the International Student Services office for additional information. This award is available to all majors except dance, theatre arts, cinema/digital arts, and screenwriting.

Award Amount: Up to $16,000  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $16,000.
