This school was definitely not what I was expecting, and I don't mean that in the best way. The facilities are kind of gross sometimes, the food isn't the greatest nor does it have an expanded selection, and I do not feel that safe around the campus, which is unfortunate. The housing is okay but can get kind of frustrating sometimes with the visiting hours not enforced. The rules are very odd because they are strict with some things and completely laxed about others which is frustrating.
A great private school to meet some amazing people with a lot to say. I've meet some of my closest friends there which is amazing. Small classroom sizes, but professors are really easy to talk to. A lot of opportunities you just have to open your mind to. You can really find yourself here, at least I did!
Academically, this is as strong a school that you'll find in Minnesota. Unfortunately, quite a few students focus too much on the way things look, as apposed to the way things are. You'll get a great education here, and the campus is changing rapidly (four new buildings in the past ten years). Overall, this is a great school that is quite underrated for what it delivers (I've known several people who have come here, transfered out, and then transfered right back). Great College!
It's a good school that is small enough to recognize people's faces. The professors are friendly and the classes are small. I've met many of my closest friends there and that number keeps growing each year. It's a very diverse school too- which I love- and is so different from what I usually experience!

All those college courses that we took in high school all have a purposes and that was to get us ready. I wish I could take those class again and this time, more serious too. I remember in high school I just slack off on this important college lecture. I was thinking, I already know how I can manage my time. Yeah right, what a brain I had back then. It is much harder when you are actually in it and doing it. You can get distracted easily, especially if you are reading about something that is not grabbing your attention. What I really wish to had done in high school to prepare me was taking Cornell Note seriously. In college, every class or almost every class there will be note taking. If you can't take good notes, then your test score are more likely to drop. Now when I go back to my high school, the first thing I say to them is that they better learn how to take good notes because those great notes are the key to passing your class and successing.

What I wanted to major in.
Everybody is active and talkative because classes are small due to the fact that Concordia University is a private instutation. My classmates get along with each other and everybody asks questions.
Education program and our kinesiology program is great here at Concordia.
There is a great sense of community once you find friends
I think that all kind of students should attend this school so that we have a great variety understanding of human life. I also think that they should attend this school so that they can understand the culture differences and the ethical belief there is in the world.
I really wish i would have known the importance of the financial aid forms and how important it is to get them in on time. It is very hard to understand how all of it works and the financial issues become part of the most stressful thing here at Concordia. The Bear center is the most frustrating for many students but Concordia does a good job with helping out if the student is willing to ask and make effort.
My school all around fits who I am as a person.
Anyone of any race that majors what they have over there, and don't mind about other culture or tradition beliefs.
What I found about Concordia is that they have wonderful professors that care about their students. I also liked the fact that the class sizes were smaller than many other colleges. After being here, I would say that Concordia has an amazing support system that I actually needed this year, and they actually do care about the needs of the student. These are the reasons why I believe Concordia is unique compared to the other colleges that I had looked at.
Well, as a well sophsticated individual. The things that I would tell my friends about Concordia, that it is a very well and unique school, due to its academics. I would most defintely discuss about the incorporative programs that the school itself offers. Exspecially the Hmong Center, and SEASA which stands for South East Asian Student Association. I think its wonderful to get involved in diversed programs such as this one. It not only builds characters, but also allows others to feel comfortable around the likes of many. Best of all it's away to maintain a social life! Really.
