    • What are the academics like at your school?

Professors always know my name. Classes usually are not larger than 30 students so it is great to be able to email your professor directly if you have any questions. I even had a group meeting with a professor at a diner this year...he was nice enough to buy our whole group breakfast!

    • What is your overall opinion of this school?

It is a smaller college but I feel like it is just the right size where you see new faces everyday, but are also comforted by seeing familiar faces every day as well. I spend most of my time with my friends on campus, being involved in different activites, and just hanging out and having fun with everyone.

    • Describe the students at your school.

The student body at Sacred Heart is very different. There are all sorts of athletes coming from all over the world. Then, there are the type of students who get extremely involved in diffferent clubs, or sororities/fraternities or even campus ministry.

    • What are the most popular student activities/groups?

If there is not a division 1 team for a particular sport, there is most likely a club for it...or even better, one can start a club for it! So there are always things to do. In my experience, students go home when they are forced to..like Christmas break when the dorms are closed. Otherwise, there are always people around to hang out and have fun with. There are different things to do for every person, whether it'd going out and the bar scene, school held events like comedians, or the theatre. I cannot wait for when I am a senior and get to experience Senior Week. It is a time when all seniors spend a week living in the freshman dorms together, and the school plans events all week..nights out at bars/restaurants, a formal dance, etc.

    • What is the stereotype of students at your school?

Some people may stereotype Sacred Heart girls as very into fashion and a bit stuck up.

    • Is the stereotype of students at your school accurate?

It is partially true, but there are also so many great people at SHU, and it is so easy to make the best of friends.

    • Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!

Overall, I absolutely love Sacred Heart. It's not easy to explain...you know know if it's the school for you.
