Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award is available.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. The scholarship is open to any current high school senior, vocational student, college student, or graduate student. Students must be legal residents of the United States, residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia.
  2. Candidates for this scholarship should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and be in good overall academic standing.

Description: Schechter, Shaffer & Harris, LLP Accident and Injury Attorneys are excited to announce the Who Inspires You Scholarship, awarding $1,000 to a student with a passionate story about who has inspired them most. Throughout life, we are often blessed with someone who inspires us through their words or actions, directly or indirectly. Having someone who inspires you helps you continue striving and improving, whether in academics, hobbies, or any aspect of life. Whoever it is, a parent, grandparent, older sibling, celebrity, or sports star. There is value in reflecting on the people and relationships that inspired you to be who you are now. Schechter, Shaffer & Harris, LLP is excited to hear about the inspirational people in your life and looks forward to congratulating a special winner for their reflection on that person and their impact on their life.

Award Amount: Chosen applicant will receive $1,000.   The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.
