In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a college or university degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate) or a trade certification in a technical college.
  2. Must be currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution.
  3. Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
