The Mental Health System Reform Scholarship is provided annually by Attorney Dayne Phillips for the purpose of encouraging students to think about the mental health systems currently operating in the United States. Whether the student has been personally affected or knows someone who has, Dayne Phillips hopes that this scholarship will increase awareness and spark further discussions about how we can make improvements. One winner will be selected based primarily on the strength of essay submissions and he or she will be notified shortly after the deadline.
