  2. Must be a graduating high school senior at the time of application.
  3. This award is for U.S. and international students.
  4. Must attend Amery High School in Amery, WI.

Description: This scholarship is available for female high school seniors at Amery High School in Amery, Wisconsin who have a demonstrated history of volunteer work and community service.

Application requirements for the Amery Woman’s Club High School Senior Scholarship are:

Additional Information: The Amery Woman’s Club High School Scholarship is provided annually to a graduating woman at Amery High School in Amery, Wisconsin. Award selection will favor applicants who have a demonstrated history of participation in volunteer work and other community service activities, as well as students who submit outstanding reflections on those experiences. Additional consideration will be given to strength of character and excellence as described within the letter(s) of recommendation.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications are available from the Amery High School Guidance Office and may be obtained in person. In addition to the completed application, the student must submit a cover sheet as detailed on the application, proof of volunteer experience, an essay reflecting on that volunteer experience, and one to three letters of recommendation from a coach, counselor, mentor, member of the clergy, or other non-relative. The application must be submitted to Mrs. Karen Ganje no later than the deadline date.
