Additional Information: Since 1993, Cancer for College has worked to provide inspiration and financial assistance to students who have been diagnosed with cancer. Students who do not remain enrolled full time as well as students who are transfering from a four-year college or university to a two-year community college may face cancelation of scholarship awards. Students may suspend their scholarship for up to one year for verified medical reasons, and students who have previously faced scholarship cancelation may re-apply with top priority during future years.

Award Amount: Award amounts range from $1,000 to $5,000 annually. The typical award amount is $5,000 but may be reduced if the student has a lower amount of unmet financial need.
